Commercial reverse osmosis plants
Water logic specializes in the design and manufacture of advanced and efficient RO plants for the treatment of tap water, brackish water and seawater. Our reverse osmosis plants incorporate the most advanced reverse osmosis water treatment technology, ensuring extremely high efficiency and very low operating costs for RO Plant Price in Pakistan.
We offer pre-designed and custom-built reverse osmosis units from 250 to 50 000 LPH (litres per hour) for commercial and industrial applications. These reverse osmosis systems are designed to produce high quality water at a lower cost, and all use state-of-the-art technology to create a precise and customized reverse osmosis solution.
Reverse osmosis plants have been used for decades in large-scale water treatment processes. Reverse osmosis membranes are used in industrial and commercial process plants such as food processing, pharmaceutical, food, beverage, paint, textile, chemical or other plants where clean water is used as a beverage ingredient and/or solution in schools, universities, factories, offices, restaurants, resorts etc. Reverse osmosis membranes are needed in almost all industries.
The concept of industrial reverse osmosis membranes
Industrial reverse osmosis (RO) systems are designed to remove up to 99.9% of salts and contaminants. Water sources include groundwater, saline, sea and municipal water. It can block sediments, bacteria, particles, sugars, proteins, dyes and impurities with a molecular weight exceeding 150-250 daltons.
Water logic offers bespoke and pre-designed industrial reverse osmosis (RO) systems ranging from 250 LPH to 100,000 LPH, depending on the industrial application and water use. Our high-efficiency, high-performance, cost- and energy-saving systems are specifically designed to meet industrial and application requirements and produce high quality water at a very affordable price.

Collection of dissolved solids that cause plaque formation. Removing these contaminants improves the performance of the boiler and allows it to run at full capacity.
Why is a reverse osmosis system necessary for the pre-treatment of boiler feedwater?
The use of a reverse osmosis system to pre-treat the boiler feedwater can reduce heat loss and fuel consumption by extending the boiler cycle. Reducing the total dissolved solids (TDS) in the reverse osmosis feed water improves the boiler’s concentration cycle. Cleaner and more economical boiler heat transfer surfaces.
RO water improves performance and steam purity. The quality of the feed water to the boiler and the quality of the steam is improved. Control valves, pumps and compressors in direct contact with steam are less likely to fail.
Corrosion of the control system return piping is one of the causes of most boiler failures. Corrosion can be easily controlled by maintaining the correct hydrogen ion concentration and pH scale in the reverse osmosis water.
What is typically removed in boiler feedwater treatment systems?
A water treatment system installed upstream of the boiler feedwater system can improve the quality of the feedwater by removing dissolved and suspended solids and organic matter.
Calcium and magnesium: cause limescale formation in the boiler feedwater.
Silica: is known to cause serious deposits. To avoid operational problems, silica concentrations should be kept low.
Iron and manganese: are damaging to downstream equipment and affect water quality.
Copper: if particulate matter is deposited on the turbine, the efficiency of the boiler feed water may be reduced.
Magnesium: remains in the boiler and promotes further build-up of deposits.
Hardness: plaque builds up on the boiler tubes.
Aluminium: reacts with silica and promotes the formation of plaque.
Dissolved gases: gas and carbon dioxide can cause severe corrosion in boilers.
RO for food and beverage processing
In the food and beverage industry, where a lot of water is used to wash and clean products and where water is the largest raw material, clean water is essential. Reverse osmosis systems provide clean water to meet these industrial needs and requirements.
WATER LOGIC offers solutions for all water problems in the food and beverage industry.
Reverse osmosis membranes for the pharmaceutical industry
Reverse osmosis systems are an important part of the pharmaceutical industry as the production of syrups, injections and even tablets requires pure water.
Water logic has designed special reverse osmosis membrane systems to meet the pharmaceutical standards of the Pakistan Ministry of Health.
